Gone Digital
I'm especially writing this post for a veryvery nice person at work (hi, Keith!) who offered his digital camera and fingers (digital digits? God, I slay me!) to take GOOD pictures of all my "stuff". The scanner thing was getting old. It's hard to balance little faces on their little noses, and shiny stuff gets killed in the finished photo.
I AM LOVED! I now have a digital camera in my kids' hot little hands. It's not in my hands because they took off with it when I wasn't home. And I haven't been able to write about it because my ISP has been really stinky, so going online during waking hours has been undoable.
BUT-- now I can take pictures of ALL MY STUFF. Including a couple of chests-of-drawers that would have played hell with the scanner. And load them into the computer as soon as I figure out how to do it.
I know-- you can hardly wait!
